U-link is the intranet portal of OTE,  largest telecommunications provider in the Greek market.

After an extensive User Requirements Analysis a public-centric and needs-centric Information Architecture solution was defined and developed.

U-link is used daily by 10.000 employees, in different company locations in Greece. More than 400 employees are active content managers. In an internal survey, 70% of users affirms that the intranet is “very good to excellent” and 94% believe that is is “a very important initiative” for the company. 

U-link is the primary tool of Internal Corporate Social Responsibility.
